Enrollment Information

Online enrollment is now open until Friday, August 5th. All enrollment (walk-in and online) must be completed by August 16th.

Enrollment information and paperwork for the upcoming year, including the district calendar, is available on a separate Enrollment Information page. Go to the above Parents/Patrons tab, then click Enrollment 2016-17.
For online enrollment, use the Skyward link, then sign in to Family Access. Feel free to take a look at the Online Enrollment FAQ if you have any questions.

Transportation enrollment is now being accepted for students who live more than 2.5 miles from their attendance center.  If you completed a transportation request at the end of the school year there is nothing further you need to do.  Enrollment forms may be picked up at the transportation office or printed from the School Bus Transportation Request 2016-17 form and dropped off at the transportation office located in the District Administration Center.  It is requested that transportation forms be submitted no later than August 10th so student pick up and drop off times can be more accurately established.
If your child lives less than 2.5 miles from their attendance center (shortest, most direct route) Pay-to-Ride transportation requests & fees will be accepted at the transportation office beginning at 8am on Thursday, August 11, 2016.  Please refer to the district’s Pay to Ride program for more information regarding fees and space availability.  More information is also available on the Transportation Department page.

Summer Reading Project
Honors English III Summer Reading Project – 200 points
Over the course of the summer you are expected to read In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, a nonfiction novel based on the 1959 murder of a family in Holcomb, Kansas. Readers know the outcome of In Cold Blood from the start, yet Capote still manages to build suspense. More surprisingly, Capote creates sympathy for the murderers while never questioning their guilt.  In Cold Blood
is rightly an example of a nonfiction classic.
Information,
Questions and essay topics are attached.

9th Grade – The House of the Scorpion – assignment (no pdf for the novel)
10th Grade – The Lord of the Flies – assignment plus novel pdf
11th Grade – In Cold Blood – assignment plus novel pdf
